Robert de Neve is Founder and CEO of ProfitBound Technologies, an Intellectual Asset Development and Management firm providing intellectual asset identification, development, and management solutions to high technology and OEM companies.

He has 30 years of technical and executive management experience in the semi-conductor equipment industry specializing in the development, launch and optimization of highly profitable products, companies, and business operating systems.

In addition, Robert has developed and launched four diverse businesses which provide software and services to the following industries: 1) Sports Marketing & Entertainment, 2) Holistic Healthcare, 3) Advanced Contract Mfg. and 4) Facilities & IT Mgmt.

He is a 5 Time Honoree and Top 100 Finalist Inc. Magazine’s 500 Fastest Growing Company List having accomplished this with 2 separate companies over the last 10 years.

Robert also sits on the Board of Directors for several companies most notably Evolve Manufacturing Technologies an advanced contract manufacturing company located in the hear of Silicon Valley, which in 2005 was selected by Inc. magazine as the 12th fastest growing company in the US. The Silicon Valley Business Journal also selected it as the 2nd fastest growing company in Silicon Valley in 2005.

Robert has had a life long interest in martial arts and philosophy. He is a Black Belt in the art of Kajukenbo, considered to be the first original martial art system developed in the United States. He is also a certified Defensive Tactics Instructor in Reality Based Martial Arts under Jim Wagner, the founder and driving force behind reality-based training and self-defense systems. Robert also cross-trains in mixed martial arts and the Shamrock Submission Fighting System under 5 Time UFC World Champion Frank Shamrock.

Robert is also founder of the Business Warrior Foundation, a non-profit organization devoted to helping disabled veterans of the War on Terror to successfully integrate back into society. The Business Warrior Foundation accomplishes this by leveraging the veteran’s natural warrior spirit and developing the attributes and skills necessary to renter the work force with confidence and motivation.
